You guys probably know this. But, the Jonas Brothers just broke the record for highest debut on the countdown with Sucker debuting at #7!!! This song is just a masterpiece. It is absolutely amazing and outstanding in every single way. Honestly, I would not be surprised if this one hits #1 next week.
Biggest DROP!!!: Seeb/Bastille - Grip AND Cardi B/Bruno Mars - Please Me (-15): I doubt anyone expected either of these songs to drop so much. Grip was doing just fine and then it suddenly dropped. Personally, I really like it. As for Please Me, I could not be happier to see it drop so much.
Biggest Jump: Lauv/Troye Sivan - i’m so tired… (+18): This song is really great and I’m happy it jumped up so much on it’s second week. Let’s just see how well it does in the future.

Blurber
We lost SICKO MODE this week. I knew it wasn’t going to do well even though it’s a pretty solid song. For some reason, Hits 1 hates rap, but loves country. I really liked this song and it’s also the first of the Sacred Six to drop off the countdown. The others are, in order of where they are now, Jake Miller - WAIT FOR YOU (#29), Sabrina Carpenter - Sue Me (#23), The Chainsmokers/5 Seconds Of Summer - Who Do You Love (#13), Sam Smith/Normani - Dancing With A Stranger (#12) and Ariana Grande - 7 rings (#4).
Both You Say AND Please Me dropped quite a bit after both getting the biggest jump last week, and that makes me nervous for one of them, and the other is Please Me.
Tell Me It’s Over dropped off of the top 20 this week, and that’s sad. I quite liked it.
Speechless and Chlorine also made some pretty big drops despite both of them being great songs.
This Feeling dropped out of the top 5. I’m actually pretty okay with that, I was getting kind of tired of it.
7 rings jumped up to #4. It does not deserve to be here and it would suck to hit #1. Hopefully Sucker gets there before this.
#1 Recommendation For Hits 1: Marshmello/CHVRCHES - Here With Me
Most Missed Countdown Song: Drake - In My Feelings
Hit-Bound
NOTD/Felix Jaehn/Captain Cuts/Georgia Ku - So Close (DEBUT)
Avril Lavigne/Nicki Minaj - Dumb Blonde
lovelytheband - maybe, i’m afraid
Louis Tomlinson - Two Of Us (DEBUT)
Bebe Rexha - Last Hurrah
Billie Eilish - bury a friend
Panic! At The Disco - Dancing’s Not A Crime
FLETCHER - Undrunk (DEBUT)
Austin Brown - In Betweenin’
Ally Brooke - Low Key
Kelsey Karter - Harry
Ariana Grande - break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored (DEBUT)
LSD/Lil Wayne - Genius
P!nk - Walk Me Home
Kygo/Valerie Broussard - Think About You
So, we got 4 new Hit-Bound songs this week. The first is by NOTD, Felix Jaehn, Captain Cuts and Georgia Ku with So Close. This one is pretty good. The chorus is very repetitive though, but that’s my only problem with it. Georgia Ku sounds great and the song is just overall enjoyable.
Louis Tomlinson comes back after a while with Two Of Us, a song about his late mother. This song is really emotional and you can just hear it in his voice. I love this song and it is so beautiful.
FLETCHER is next with Undrunk. I think this is one that will get better with time and I just need to listen to it more. FLETCHER sounds pretty good though, and I can see myself liking it in the near future.
And now we have Ariana Grande’s best single from thank u, next, break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored. I actually don’t mind this one and it is infinitely better than thank u, next and 7 rings. I don’t exactly like it, but I can see it growing on me.

#4: LSD/Lil Wayne - Genius
