And now I will give the “Best Dropout” award. This award as you may be able to tell, goes to my favorite song out of all of the dropouts. It’s probably pretty obvious what it’s going to be because it was my top song of February. The award goes to Lauren Daigle for You Say. I’m not sure why this song didn’t do well because it’s great. It deserved much more.

10 different songs hit somewhere in the top 5 in this month. Here they all are:

Alec Benjamin - Let Me Down Slowly

Ariana Grande - 7 rings

Ava Max - Sweet But Psycho

The Chainsmokers/Kelsea Ballerini - This Feeling

The Chainsmokers/5 Seconds Of Summer - Who Do You Love

Halsey - Without Me

Jonas Brothers - Sucker

Marshmello/Bastille - Happier

Panic! At The Disco - Hey Look Ma, I Made It

Panic! At The Disco - High Hopes

My favorite out of all of these is Sucker because the song is absolutely amazing.

And now for the #1s. For the first week of March, This Feeling hit #1 for it’s seventh time total and fourth week in a row. Yeah, by now I was getting really tired of it and I was really wanting a new #1.

And for the next 3 weeks Hey Look Ma, I Made It stayed at #1 for it’s first, second and third weeks. I like this song and I was really glad it had some time at #1. Much better than This Feeling and a refreshing change. I didn’t really get tired of it. In fact, I would’ve been fine if it stayed for the last week too, but the one that actually did was so much better…

And for the last week of March, Sucker spent it’s first week at #1. I love this song so much and it deserved all the success it got and will get.

Well, here’s the more negative part of my post. My 5 least favorite songs of March.

#5: Halsey - Without Me: Yeah, I’m not so sure why this did so well, but I just don’t really like it. I found it decent at the start, but then with more and more listens I grew to like it less and less. At this point, it’s not my least favorite, but I don’t hate it.

#4: Ariana Grande - thank u, next: I don’t like this song. I’m not sure why it blew up so much when it got released but I kind of wish it didn’t. Honestly, I like what she was going for, but I feel like she just entirely missed it. It’s not good, but it’s far from the worst.

#3: Cardi B/Bruno Mars - Please Me: This song is just bad in many ways. Cardi B sounds absolutely terrible because it’s a bit of a slower song, which is not her thing, and somehow even Bruno Mars manages to sound bad. So, yeah. Not the greatest.

#2: Kelsey Karter - Harry: Yeah. I’m not even sure why this song debuted. I don’t think anyone likes it. It’s literally just her screaming about Harry Styles which just makes the song even worse. It’s not doing too well, but it’s only on its second week so…

Before I get to my least favorite song of March 2019, here are some songs that managed to escape my deadly wrath.

Maroon 5/Cardi B - Girls Like You

Post Malone - Wow.

#1: Ariana Grande - 7 rings: I hate this song so much. It’s so annoying and gives off bad messages and is just overall bad. I really wish it would stop getting success and make room for some other better songs.

And on a more positive note, here are my 5 favorite songs!

#5: Lil Peep/Fall Out Boy/ILoveMakonnen - I’ve Been Waiting: Despite Lil Peep and ILoveMakonnen both sounding terrible in this song, I think Patrick Stump really saved this one for me. He’s never sounded better. The song is overall really catchy and I’d love to see it in the top 20 soon.

#4: The Chainsmokers/5 Seconds Of Summer - Who Do You Love: I like this song a lot. 5SOS sounds really good in it and it’s overall just really catchy. I’m gonna see both artists perform this live, so that probably increased the hype, but still.

#3: Lady Gaga/Bradley Cooper - Shallow: Well. This song re-entered on the second last week of March and I couldn’t be happier. This song is amazing and I was shocked to see it leave the first time. It’s doing pretty well now, but I don’t want to jinx it.

#2: Imagine Dragons - Bad Liar: This song is so beautiful. I was recommending it for like 4 weeks before it debuted on Hit-Bound and then it came and debuted on the countdown the first week of March. I love this song so much and it’s one of my favorite Imagine Dragons songs of all time, which is saying a lot… unfortunately, it just missed #1 by the tiniest bit ever.

Well, before I reveal my #1 song, here are some honorable mentions that didn’t quite make the cut.

Dean Lewis - Be Alright

grandson - Apologize

Lauv/Troye Sivan - i’m so tired…

Travis Scott/Drake - SICKO MODE

Zedd/Katy Perry - 365

#1: Jonas Brothers - Sucker: I love this song so much. The big return of the Jonas Brothers. First, it wowed me with managing to earn the title of highest debut ever debuting at #7. Then, it hit #1 on its third week! This song is so amazing and I love it in every way.
